e-school ERP is priced per student per month with nothing hidden: ₹10 for up to 500 students, ₹8 for 500–1000 students and ₹5 above 1000 students. Every plan includes all 26 modules, the mobile app, a free school website and 24×7 support. GST is extra.
No. Setup, data migration, staff training and software updates are included. The only variable costs are SMS credits and any optional biometric hardware you buy.
Most single-campus schools go live in 7–15 working days — migration, configuration, training and parent app rollout included. Multi-branch groups usually take three to four weeks.
Your student and staff lists (Excel is fine), last year’s fee structure, your class/section setup and your report-card format. We handle the rest and come back to you for one verification round.
Yes, and it’s fully managed. We migrate students, staff, fee history, attendance and academic records from Excel, Tally or any existing ERP, then verify it with your team class by class before go-live.
